DesktopOK is a utility tool that allows users to save and restore the position of desktop icons to prevent frustration caused by random icon placement due to changes in screen resolution. It comes with extra productivity tools, requires no installation, and each saved layout is associated with the current screen resolution. The tool allows users to restore their desktop to a previous layout and can also be configured to save layouts before shutdown and restore them upon Windows launch.
