To utilize the app, you must first establish the associations between shortcuts and corresponding words. This involves creating groups, which serve as categories, and within each group, you can define snippets that link the abbreviated term to its full word.aText provides default snippets that can be customized according to your preferences. Furthermore, you can create additional snippets by selecting the "New Snippet" option. When creating a new snippet, you are prompted to enter an abbreviation and the corresponding full word or desired text format. For instance, setting the shortcut as "www." allows for quick input of a website address.
