An Outlook add-in is available that can print email contents automatically without requiring the digital messages to be opened.

Print Tools for Outlook is an add-in that automates the printing process of emails and their attachments without having to open them. The add-in supports the printing of DOC, XLS, PDF, and image files, and allows the printing of Outlook contacts, notes, tasks, and event tags. The tool provides users with the ability to configure different parameters from the printing panel, show/hide printing buttons, change the default printer, and include Bcc information in the final prints.
