CreateInstall is a software application that allows users to generate program installers and self-extracting archives with complete control over the installation process. It supports Gentee programming language for creating installation scripts and allows users to modify dialogs and create their own resources and controls. Users can specify the application's name, source folder, output folder, setup executable, and product details. The utility also provides setup tweaks to configure language, installation path, and password, as well as dialog settings to change the appearance of dialog fonts, images, and colors. Additional features include including uninstalling and updating tools, digital code signing, and creating Autorun files.
